Most states require pre-licensing courses (for example, Texas requires at least 40 hours of health insurance–specific education). These courses teach Medicare regulations, plan types, and ethical sales practices.

When you’re licensed, you can partner with an agency like Agents4Life to access carriers, training, and support.
